The stressless dressage series allow competitors to compete without the stress of plaiting and formal turnout but in every other respect are a regular riding club dressage competition. The club encourages bitless competitors to compete on equal terms with bitted. I have been attending the shows bitless for 3 years.

At this show we were placed 6th in the Prelim 1 test.  The club are incredibly supportive; both organisers and fellow competitors, and the judges comments are always fair.  I don’t really receive many comments about being bitless – sometimes people are inquisitive but always polite.  I just try to be a good example so that others may see the benefits of bitless.
