We were competing in an FEI endurance ride & completed our 80km ride.

We had a fantastic time competing in the Bowland TREC Group TREC competition this weekend and despite the awful weather came 4th in the level 2 pairs

Maddy and Jack, already fab Bitless Ambassadors and here they are again 🙂 Jack and I competed in both Intro B and Intro C – coming fifth and second respectively. Jack and myself were the only bitless partnership there and we were made to feel very welcome by the event organisers.

Phantom came second in his first show at 55cm class and 3rd in 65cm class.

My standardbred mare in her Nurtural bitless bridle just before competing in McDonald’s run (Judged Pleasure Distance Ride), where she won the “Trail Horse” award. She was the only horse at the event who was bitless (and barefoot/booted)

Zion and I competed in 3 jumping classes and achieved 100% clear rounds. He won 2 first places and a 3rd place. I was especially proud of him for ending off his final class with a first place because it was his first time jumping the height and there was a lot of good competition. […]
